About XLNT2 - Construction

XLNT2 was created by its Director Andy Graham in 2002 on his return to Leamington Spa from London. With over 35 years experience in the building industry: new build, basement conversions, listed building renovations, extensions and fitting out. We work all over the country especially in our home town of Leamington Spa, including Warwick, Kenilworth and all the towns and villages in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands - we also have clients in London and the South East.

One project was the 2003 TV programme The Million Pound Property Experiment for BBC2 with Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan which we project managed.

Clients include: Battersea Dogs Home, TV Chef Alistair Little, Richard Shepherd and Michael Caine at Langans Restaurants, Black & Blue Classic Steak and Wines, Myton Hospice Retail Shops and the café Pelican Group.

Retail Clients include: Alexon, Copperknobs, Dolland and Atkinson, Bed Factory, Cancer Research, Myton Hospice and St. Paul’s Design Association Bath Place Community Venture.

We have been featured in Arena, the Guardian and Period Living. We work with the London Creative Agency Imagination fitting out the seventh floor of the Science Museum; Film & Photography in Bradford for a new TV Broadcast Studio for the children’s TV Channel Nickelodeon.

As you can see with such a diverse scope of works and clients we encompass all building disciplines and trades covering all areas of building, shop fitting, joinery or metal fabrication. Completed a build of an ECO Recording Studio for Dutch Van Spall using straw bales for walls.
